WBI Investments President on Bloomberg TV, May 15, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
Little Silver, NJ (PRWEB) May 10, 2007 -- Don Schreiber, Jr., CEO and President of WBI Investments of Little Silver, to appear on Bloomberg TV, May 15, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
The co-author of All About Dividend Investing will discuss the economy, stock market, interest rates, stocks, and his investment outlook and where he sees opportunity.
According to Mr. Schreiber, "Dow 13k is old news. Investor's next big expectation is Dow 14k, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it!"
He explained, "The good news is that stocks are relatively cheap with a sixteen price to earnings multiple, we haven't seen it this low since 1995. Earnings still look strong and may continue their double digit earnings growth again this quarter. Employment is strong and wages are up.
"The bad news," says Mr. Schreiber, is that economic news seems to be telling us that the party is over, with housing continuing to falter, and trimming economic strength in the process. Consumers are battling higher interest rates on adjustable rate mortgages at a time when it's tougher to refinance because of tighter credit and falling equity values. Energy and gas prices are soaring further adding to consumer's woes, which might just be enough to get them to rethink their addiction to continuing their decade long spending spree!"
